It was the best of times, it was the worst of times...
I love anything and everything that starts off an adventure like Dickens' famed novel "The Tale of Two Cities." Really. Maybe it's because I am convinced no good story is complete without a few of those "worst" of times. Of course when you involve attempting to master something so magnificent and equally treacherous as the Grand Canyon....well, bring on the best and the worst. I want stories for my life stemming from adventures I've lived out.
To the Grand Canyon in all her created beauty, wonder and danger... we seek to get but a taste of the One whose artistry put her together with but a spoken word. And in doing so, let the adventure begin!
